Delirium has been around for a decade and v2 brings many changes, improvements and new features to the plug-ins package.

Delirium v2 contains 45 special effects plug-ins (5 new have been added since v1).

• 21 are updated original effects
• 6 are from Berserk
• 18 are from Walker Effects

Effects are broken down into 6 categories: Natural forces, Special FX Elements, Color & Style Filters, Patterns & Distortions, Lighting and Glow Effects, and Compositing Tools.

What's new in v2

• Native 64 Bit for use in CS5
• 32 bits per channel color
• Speed optimizations
• New high resolution textures
• New presets and project files for After Effects, Premiere, and Final Cut Pro

It also contains tools for creating particle-based fire, smoke and bubbles. These particle effects enhanced with built-in turbulence processing to create realistic imagery without resorting to complex 3D programs.

Many of the plug-ins AutoAnimate, meaning that many of the plug-ins will begin to animate as soon as they are applied to an image, meaning you no longer have to tweak parameters to get quick results.
